This embedded software development toolset includes an optimizing compiler (C/C++), needed runtime libraries, a complete source code debugger and simulator environment with flash programmer and debugs on-target capabilities. This release adds USB connection cable functionality in support of newer on-target debug connections like USB TAP and P&E Micro's USB Multilink Cable.

These downloads contain the necessary software to install the FLEXlm license manager. The license manager software should be installed on the license server machine which will facilitate floating licenses for your NXP product.
